Upgrade from INRstar 2.2

Why upgrade?

If you are not convinced that INRstar version 3 offers any benefits take a look at what is available by clicking in the INRstar link to the left and working through the tour of version 3.

You can also load the upgrade that was sent to you in the first few months of 2002 - it will uninstall cleanly and not affect your computer if you decide not to proceed with the upgrade. If you have misplaced your upgrade copy please contact us by selecting the link at the top of this page.

What does it cost?

If you have a maintenance contract with us upgrading to version 3 is without additional charge. All you need do is follow the instructions under the How to upgrade heading below. If you are unsure whether you have a valid maintenance contract please contact us.

If you have INRstar version 2 and have not purchased a maintenance contract you can still upgrade to INRstar version 3 for £339 + VAT (£398.33) or €650.85.

How to upgrade

The upgrade process is quite easy and painless! It can usually be completed overnight so it will not disrupt your anticoagulation clinics. The process has four steps (only three involve you):

	Book a time for the conversion.
	Backup your existing database and return it to us.
	We will convert the data overnight
	Receive the converted database and restore it.
