Custom report request

The latest version of INRstar has four graphs and nine reports and future upgrades will expand these to provide additional functionality.

Many primary care organisations have requested custom graphs or reports so they may monitor the performance of their primary care practices. If you have a need for a report that does not come as standard then describe your requirements in as much detail as possible in the form below and sent it to us. It may be that someone has already requested the same report so we may be able to supply it at no charge. Even if we need to product the report we will not charge if we deem it to be useful to our existing users.

Please remember that with the present version of INRstar you will need to replace an existing graph or report when you specify a custom one - please tell us which report you wish to replace on the form below. Entries marked with an asterisk* must be completed before submitting this form.
