Year end report

This report has been provided to allow practices to list patients who have had INR tests in the reporting period. Each line contains the patient number, target INR and Number of tests together with the date and INR of one test to allow confirmation of the data. The report heading contains the date of the year end, practice name, total number of patients, total number of INR tests performed, number of results within 0.75 of target INR and percentage of results within 0.75 of target.
