Patient charts

There are four charts available to monitor individual patients:

The chart below shows the INR that resulted from the previous dose.

A pie chart showing the percentage above, below and in-range.

A pie chart showing the percentage doses overridden higher, lower and not overridden.

A similar pie chart showing the review override rates.

All of these charts can be printed with the patient details.
