Entering a new INR

On clicking on the New INR button you enter a new INR and press Return. The new INR is then added below the list of historical treatments together with the suggested dose and review period, all highlighted in yellow.

At this stage you can amend any of the dates or dose and review suggestions and/or add a comment.

By right clicking with the mouse cursor over the treatment line a small menu appears from which you can select the item to amend or chose another function.

The Use dd/mm/yyyy as default date is another time saving feature. Suppose you send all your blood samples to a local laboratory for testing and the results are faxed back the next day. The treatment date should be entered on the day of the test and you would need to amend each patient record as you entered the result. Using this feature you can set the date (in this case) to yesterday and then alter all the results without amending individual dates. When all the results have been entered simply change the default to current date.
