The main screen

We hope you will enjoy your tour of INRstar. Throughout the tour graphics of INRstar screens will be shown as immediately below. Some of these will contain "hot spots" which allow you to go to the next section of the tour. these "hot spots" are usually the buttons you would actually click on when using INRstar.

For example clicking on the button in the screen below will take you to the tour about adding a new patient, which is what this button actually does within INRstar.

Move your mouse pointer over the buttons in the screen graphic below and when it changes from an arrow to a pointing finger you will know that this button is a "hot spot" and will take you to another part of the tour.

Once you have logged in to INRstar all the major functions can be accessed from the main screen. The most common functions can be selected by clicking on one of the buttons immediately below the menu list.

Just hold your mouse cursor over each active button to see the function of the button. Click on any to go to that specific tour.

Click here to go to Add a patient tour Click here to go to Dosing a patient tour Click here to go to Configuration tour Click here to go to Reports tour Click here to go to User Access tour

At any stage when running INRstar, the context sensitive help system can be called upon by pressing F1 on your keyboard.

The four or five partitions at the bottom of the main screen contain useful information:

The name of the user who is currently logged in

Today's date

The number of active patients

Any user alerts or warnings

Message stating whether database is shared with other users or for single use.
