INRstar continues to grow in popularity with over 1,300 practices, pharmacies and hospitals. Each of these locations has multiple copies of INRstar installed and in total treat tens of thousands of warfarin patients.

There are over 900 locations using INRstar Practice Edition and over 300 using INRstar Intranet Edition.

INRstar is in use in the UK, Ireland, Jordan and United Arab Emirates.
