|
The purpose of this
web is to
support our anticoagulation computerised decision support software,
INRstar, and to act as a wider resource for health care professionals
charged with the control and management of anticoagulation patients using
warfarin.
We hope
you will find this site increasingly useful as we build and develop it and
just like the development of INRstar we want it to grow to reflect the
needs and wishes of you the users. A Contents page is available to help you find your way around. Please feel free to
tell us what you like, dislike and would like to see added to the
site.
Throughout the site there are forms
available to send us suggestions to adding papers, events, useful
organisations and asking questions. Please use these and help develop a
useful resource for all. |

INRstar
Intranet Edition |
|
This
system is designed for PCO wide deployment or for practice based
commissioning groups (PBCG's). It is usually installed on a PCO or
hospital server with users gaining access via a secure intranet. Users
can be located within practices, hospitals or pharmacies, indeed any
location which has provision to connect to the intranet and which has
been granted log on accounts. Thus the system makes the transfer of
patients from secondary to primary care more efficient and less prone
to error. The system also has features that make practice based
commissioning more flexible and efficient. A
list of existing PCO's and PBCG's is available. To
learn more and request a demonstration please do not hesitate to contact
us. |

primary care anticoagulation, plus reviews and product FAQ's. Find the cost

Point
prevalence feedback |
|
Have
you registered for the point prevalence feedback service? This is
available to all registered users at no
extra charge. INRstar contains an extensive set of audits and reports that allow a practice
to monitor their performance of treatment. While these assist the practice
internally, it would be useful to practices if they knew how they are performing
relative to other practices using INRstar. This service provides that
information.
